Who We Are
Owner Talbot Chubb is a PhD physicist consultant in new energy technologies. He is retired from the Naval Research Laboratory, where he worked for over 30 years . He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society, and a Member of the American Astronomical Society, the American Geophysical Union, and the American Solar Energy Society. He was awarded the NAVY Distinguished Civilian Service Award for his work in Space Science.
